MARSHMALLOW PIE 
20 graham crackers
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
20 marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cream
1 scant tsp. vanilla

Put marshmallows and milk in double boiler and heat until marshmallows are melted. Set aside to cool. Crush crackers until fine and add sugar and butter. Mix well. Put into an 8 inch pie pan and pat the mixture firmly in the pan. Set in refrigerator to cool for 1/2 hour. Whip cream and fold into the marshmallow mixture. Add vanilla. Pour into crust. Put in refrigerator to set. Save some of the crumbs to sprinkle on top. This pie is better if made the day before.
