PEACHES 'N CREAM CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix

Bake 2 layers and split horizontally to make four layers. Cool completely.

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
4 c. chopped fresh peaches
1 c. sour cream
9 oz. container Cool Whip

Stir sugar, cornstarch, and water together. Add peaches and cook until thickened. Cool completely. Spread each layer of cake with thin layer of sour cream and filling, stacking layers and topping with layer of peach filling. Cover entire cake with Cool Whip.
