MINCED HAM 
3 c. vegetarian burger
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
2/3 tsp. mace
2/3 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. cracker meal
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 onion, finely minced
2/3 c. soy milk
Red coloring (optional, add to milk)

Mix all ingredients. Pack into 3 pound can with lid or put in top of double boiler. Steam for 1 1/2 hours. When cool, mix with lemonnaise and dill pickle for sandwich filling.
