DIP FOR CRACKERS OR VEGGIES 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. green pepper
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 oz. dried beef, ground fine
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, also delicious when served cool.
