8 to 10 potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. freeze dried chives
Butter - several pats
Paprika

Boil, drain and mash potatoes - add milk (not as much milk as regular mashed potatoes). Add sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, chives. Whip and put in casserole. Top with butter pats and paprika. If done ahead and refrigerated - bake 1 hour at 350 degrees - otherwise bake 1/2 hour.
