LEMON BARS 
2 c. flour or Bisquick
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. butter

Stir 2 cups flour with powdered sugar and melted butter. Press into 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

FILLING:

4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs, sugar and lemon juice. Sift together 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 tsp. baking powder into egg mixture. Pour over baked crust and bake for 25 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
