1 beef tenderloin
Kitchen Bouquet
Worcestershire sauce
Italian dressing
Lemon juice
Seasoned salt

Paint meat with Kitchen Bouquet, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice. Cover with seasoned salt. Let dry. Cover with Italian dressing. Let stand at room temperature 2 or 3 hours (or marinate in plastic bag). Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cook 20 minutes per pound (can use rump roast).
