MARINATED IOWA BEEF | |
1 pkg. (.6 oz.) Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing Mix 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil 1/3 c. tarragon wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer (optional) Combine marinade ingredients. Pour small amount (to cover bottom) in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Place beef in pan, top with remaining marinade. Pierce meat and pierce again. Cover, refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight (turning and pierce meat often). Let beef come to room temperature. Grill over medium coals 6 minutes per side for medium rare, cuts 1 inch thick; 8 to 9 minutes per side for thicker cuts. Serve with tomatoes and sweet onions. |
