24 HOUR MEAT MARINADE 
2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3 dashes Tabasco

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well and use as a marinade on beef. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking the meat.
