ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 c. zucchini, sliced very thin
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash of pepper

Mix Bisquick, oil and eggs well. Add cheese, onion, salts, oregano and pepper. Add zucchini. Pour into a greased 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
