POTATO KRAUT BOATS 
4 lg. baking potatoes
4 sm. cooking potatoes
1-2 cans kraut, chopped
1-2 lbs. Hillshire Farm sausage
1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Bake potatoes, cut in half, scoop out center and mash with fork. Save potato skins for stuffing.

In one large pot cook potatoes, kraut and sliced sausage until done saving juice. Remove potatoes, mash with fork. Add butter, 1/2 cup kraut and some juice for moisture. Now add potato center from baked potatoes and mix well, then stuff potato skins. Sprinkle with cheese. Place under broiler and brown. Serve with kraut and sausage, cornbread or rolls.
