CRANBERRY COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
3 oz. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. finely diced celery
1 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 tbsp. plain gelatin
1/8 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 c. lemon juice
1 lb. cottage cheese

Mix Jello. Let begin to gel. Mix all ingredients and add to Jello. Refrigerate.
