1 sm. jar pimento cream cheese
2 boxes lemon Jello
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. whipping cream
2 1/2 c. water, boiled

Add water to Jello, let stand until set. Whip cream and add to whipped Jello. Add remaining ingredients, put in mold and let set.
