PIMENTO CHEESE SALADS 
1 sm. glass pimento cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
9 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows
1/2 c. nuts
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Mix all together and refrigerate for about 12 hours.
