RHUBARB SURPRISE 
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
3 c. chopped rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix first six ingredients together and press into greased pie pan. Sprinkle Jello over rhubarb and place over crust.

Combine butter, sugar, 1 cup flour, and cinnamon and top rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes; serve hot. Great with ice cream.
