LEMON BAKED CHICKEN 
Chicken breasts
1 tsp. butter for each piece
1/2 tsp. salt for each piece
1/4 tsp. paprika for each piece
Lemon juice
Snipped parsley

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Remove skin from chicken breasts (about 1/2 pound each). Split breasts. Place chicken in ungreased baking pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Spread 1 teaspoon soft butter on each chicken piece. Sprinkle pieces with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Drizzle with lemon juice. Bake uncovered 35-45 minutes (or until tender). Sprinkle with parsley. 225 calories each.
