CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 lb. sliced cheese (6 slices)
1 can Country Style or buttermilk biscuits

Brown ground beef with onions and green pepper in skillet. Drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, catsup, and pepper. Heat. Alternate meat mixture and cheese slices in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Arrange biscuits around edge of casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
