CREAMED SPINACH 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1/4 tsp. dried minced onion
Dash of salt and pepper

Place spinach in steamer and top with onion, salt, and pepper. Steam together 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare cream sauce:

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. beef granules or 1 bouillon cube

Melt butter over low heat. Stir together flour and nutmeg; add to butter and stir until smooth. Heat to boiling and add milk gradually. Add water, all at once, and stir in beef granules. Heat until thickened. Place warm spinach mixture in a bowl. Pour cream sauce over and stir to mix. Serve warm.
