OREO COOKIE CAKE 
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 c. butter
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. powdered sugar
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding

Crush cookies in plastic bag. Set 1/3 cup aside and put the rest of in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour melted butter over crumbs. Chill 1 hour. Mix the 2 cream cheeses until soft with electric beaters and add the powdered sugar; blend until smooth. Add 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Place cheese mixture over crumbs. Chill 1 more hour. Meanwhile make chocolate pudding according to directions. Spread on top of cheese mixture and chill 1 more hour. Top with the rest of the Cool Whip and sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs over the top. Can be made in stages, 2 days ahead if you don't have enough time in one day.
