NO BAKE OREO COOKIE CAKE 
28 Oreo cookies
1 stick butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding (instant)
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
3 c. milk

Crush Oreos and mix with 1 stick butter. Pack mixture in bottom of 9"x13" pan.

Blend cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1/2 container Cool Whip. Pour over cookie crust. Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding with 3 cups milk; beat well. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Cover with remaining Cool Whip. Top with crushed Oreo cookies. Refrigerate at least one hour, holds best if refrigerated overnight.
