STEAK SAN MARCO 
1 lb. round steak or chuck steak
1 lg. can Italian peeled tomatoes
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Cut steak into small pieces, put into large frying pan with all above ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours with a lid on. Serve over mashed potatoes and include a salad. Easy work day meal.
