POPPY SEED DRESSING 
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. apple cider vinegar
2 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. poppy seeds

Combine sugar, mustard, salt and vinegar in blender. Slowly add oil, blending until thick. Stir in poppy seeds. Store in air tight container in refrigerator. Yield: 3 cups dressing.
