POLISH BAKED BEANS 
1 (32 oz.) can pork & beans
2/3 c. catsup
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Butter
1 lb. Polish sausage, chopped
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

Saute onion and bell pepper in saucepan with butter. Remove from heat; drain pork and beans. Mix all ingredients together in baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees with cover on dish. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer; stir occasionally.
