CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 to 1 1/2 doz. tortillas
3 c. chicken, cooked and boned
1 carton sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can green chilies
1 tsp. jalapeno peppers
2 lg. pkgs. cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix all ingredients except tortillas and shredded cheese. Layer tortillas, sauce mixture then cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or microwave for 5 minutes or until heated through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
