MEAT QUICHE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
8 slices bread
2 c. half and half
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Cook sausage and drain well. Set aside. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Butter both sides of bread, cut off crusts and cube. Place in pan and sprinkle with meat, then cheese. Mix eggs, half and half and dry mustard. Beat 2 minutes and pour over casserole.

Chill overnight. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes, cut into squares to serve.

1 pound bacon, chopped and fried until crisp then drained or 1 pound of chopped cooked ham may be used in place of sausage.
