POTATO-SMOKED SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
5 lbs. sliced potatoes 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 lg. onion, chopped 3/4 soup can milk Salt and pepper to taste 1 lb. smoked sausage, cut in chunks Boil potatoes, celery and onion until tender. Drain. Mix everything together and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. |
