POTATO, ONION, SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
5 lg. potatoes
4 med. onions
1 1/2 lbs. smoked sausage
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Peel and thinly slice potatoes, onion and sausage. In a 3 quart casserole dish, layer potatoes, onions and sausage; season to taste. Top with cream of mushroom soup. Bake until potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
