VINEGAR NOODLES 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Mostaccioli (or noodles)
1 med. onion, sliced thin
2 lg. cucumbers, sliced thin

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 tsp. pepper

Cook noodles in water until done. Wash in cold water and drain. Add onions and cucumbers. Combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well. Pour over noodles and let set overnight.
