SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits in juice
4 c. bread crusts, cubed (remove crust)
1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Half and Half

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add pineapple, Half and Half, and bread cubes. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Great served with ham! Serves 8-10.
