SPINACH QUICHE 
1 unbaked pie shell
3/4 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
2 or 3 green onions, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

Combine cheese, milk, eggs, flour, onions, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce; beat well. Stir in spinach. Pour into pie crust. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven. Cool at least 5 minutes before cutting. Serve hot or cold.
