CRAB MEAT SPREAD 
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. catsup or cocktail sauce
1/4 c. green pepper
6 oz. crab meat, can or frozen

Combine all but crab and mix well. (The catsup or cocktail sauce is to make it pink.) Add crab meat; mix again.

Chill and serve with crackers.
