CRANBERRY MOUSSE | |
1 c. Ocean Spray cranberry juice cocktail 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin 1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce 2 c. frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed Heat cranberry juice cocktail to boiling. Remove from heat, stir in raspberry gelatin until dissolved. In small bowl, beat cranberry sauce with electric beater on high for 1 minute. Stir into gelatin mixture. Chill until begins to thicken, fold in whipped topping. Spoon into serving dishes, pie shell or mold and chill until firm. Serves 8. |
