SAUSAGE ROLLS 
3 lbs. sausage
1/2 loaf bread crumbs (torn fine)
1 med. onion (chopped fine)
4 stalks celery (chopped fine)
Salt, pepper, sage to taste
Garlic salt, if desired

Mix well together. Use pie dough recipe for crust. Roll dough out about 15x5 inch. Fill with mixture. Lap over edges or pinch together along 15 inch edges. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Serve hot. Slice to yield 6 to 8 rolls.
