BEST EVER ROAST 
2 or 3 lbs. beef roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix

Put roast on a piece of tin foil. Spoon mushroom soup around the roast. Sprinkle soup mix around the roast. Salt and pepper to taste. Wrap in foil and bake overnight or 9 hours at 200 degrees.
