BEEF STEAK POTATO SCALLOP 
1 lb. steak
3 tbsp. shortening
3 sliced onions
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of garlic salt
2 c. water
3 potatoes, sliced thin
Salt & paprika

preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cube and flour meat. Brown with onion. Put in 2 quart casserole with seasons and water. Bake 50 minutes. Increase heat to 450 degrees. Put potatoes on top. Sprinkle with salt and paprika. Bake 30 minutes longer.
