BETTER THAN BOURSIN | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 stick salted butter, softened 1/2 tsp. fresh garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper 1 tsp. parsley, chopped Blend cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Beat in garlic, salt, pepper and parsley. Line small bowl with Saran Wrap. Pack mixture into bowl. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or longer. Turn out onto plate and serve with crackers or mini bread. |
