MARY JO'S CHOCOLATE MERINGUES 
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips

Beat egg whites until very stiff. Add vinegar and sugar very slowly. Add pecans and chips. Use a teaspoon to drop mixture onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for about 25 minutes or until light brown. If making small cookies, cook 10-12 minutes.
