1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 pack Ritz crackers
2 cans drained pineapple tidbits

Cover bottom of baking dish with pineapple tidbits. Mix flour, sugar and cheese. Spread over pineapple. Crumble Ritz crackers and toss with melted butter. Spread over all ingredients in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
