1 c. Vodka or to taste (Vodka may be added to individual drinks, if desired) 1 (6 oz.) can V-8 (or use 1 46 oz. can tomato juice. It's less spicy.) 4 (10 oz.) cans Snap-E-Toms 2 oz. Lea & Perrin's sauce 2 oz. Pace Picante brand sauce 1/2 c. fresh lime juice (usually 2 1/2 to 3 limes) 1/2 tsp. celery salt Several drops of Tabasco sauce to taste (optional) Mix all ingredients. Makes 2 quarts. May be made ahead of time and Vodka added when ready to serve. Keeps well in the refrigerator. |
