CARROT SALAD 
4 c. shredded carrots
1/3 c. raisins
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. crushed pineapple, drained (do not use juice)
1 c. mayonnaise
4 tsp. sugar

Thoroughly drain juice from pineapple, squeezing out as much moisture as possible. Mix all ingredients together, mix well. Chill before serving.
