"NEW" GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
4 (16 oz.) cans green beans, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (2 oz.) container red pimento (optional)
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can Durkee French fried onions
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix beans, soup, sour cream, garlic salt, and pimento. Pour into a buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.

Bake 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Remove from oven; sprinkle onions over the top and then cheese over the onions. Return to oven and cook 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and starts to bubble. Serves 12.
