$QUICK GOLDEN STEW$ 
4 carrots, cut 1 inch
1 1/2 c. potatoes, diced
2 med. onions
Water
1 pkg. frozen peas
2 c. cubed ham
1 can cream celery soup

In large pot or Dutch oven; add carrots, potatoes, onions, and just enough water to cover. Cook covered until tender, about 10 minutes. Add peas and ham; cook 5 more minutes. Drain water; add soup; heat through.
