PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. frozen bread dough (5 loaves) (follow directions for thawing & rising)
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella
2 cans pizza sauce
1 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin

Follow directions for bread dough. Then punch down each loaf and roll out to 1/2" to 3/4" thick. Spread 1/4" sauce over middle, not quite to edges. Generously put on pepperoni and sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and pinch ends and top together. Place top down in loaf pans and let rise. Bake according to direction of bread dough. Cool and serve. Refrigerate.
