PIZZA DOUGH 
3 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings
Dash basil leaves
1 pkg. rapid rise yeast
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. hot water (125 to 130 degrees)

Mix 2 1/4 cups flour, salt, season and yeast. Stir in water and butter. Mix in enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead 4 minutes. Let dough rise 15 to 20 minutes. Top with pizza sauce and toppings. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
