BROCCOLI & CASHEW NUTS 
Fresh or frozen broccoli
1 onion, finely diced
3 tbsp. butter
4 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
1/2 can or more cashew nuts

Steam fresh or frozen broccoli until crispy done. Saute 1 finely diced onion in 3 tablespoons butter. Add mushrooms and stir in broccoli. Just before serving, stir in 1/2 cup or more cashew nuts. May be served with a few drops of lemon juice. Up to the individual.
