ASPARAGUS VINAIGRETTE 
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
Fresh asparagus spears

Combine all ingredients except asparagus in jar. Cover and shake until blended. Clean asparagus and arrange in baking dish. Pour desired amount of dressing over asparagus. Cover. Bake in microwave until asparagus is tender to taste. Leftovers are good as a side relish dish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
