ICE CREAM PIE 
CRUST:

1 c. crushed pretzels
6 tbsp. melted butter
5 tbsp. sugar

Press into 9-10 inch pie tin. Freeze 20 minutes.

1 qt. ice cream, butter brickle is recommended
3 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Soften 1 quart ice cream 20 minutes, then spoon into pie shell. Put back in freezer about 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Make meringue: Beat 3 egg whites until stiff, add sugar and vanilla. Remove pie from freezer and top with meringue. Bake at 450 degrees for 3 minutes. Put into freezer until ready to serve.
