SEARED AHI TUNA STEAK 
2 ahi tuna steaks (about 8 oz. each)
ground ginger
lemon juice
ground mustard
crushed black pepper
3 tbsp. olive oil
sesame seeds
soy sauce

On a counter place parchment paper or whatever kind of paper you have to reduce the mess.

Grab two bowls. Dip tuna into lemon juice first, then soy sauce. Rub ground ginger, mustard, pepper, and sesame seeds onto tuna. Coat evenly and thickly.

Heat pan with olive oil. Cook tuna till sides are browned and the middle is still red.

Salt and pepper, to taste. Eat immediately!

Serves 2.
