BROCCOLI SALAD 
Broccoli flowerettes, approx. 3 or 4 c.
1 c. raisins
1/2 sm. red onion, chopped
8 to 10 slices crisp cooked bacon (drained and crumbled)
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Mix first 5 ingredients then mix dressing and add and stir good. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Mix until sugar is dissolved.
