1 c. butter 1/2 c. milk 1 c. sugar 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped 1 c. graham crackers, crushed FROSTING: 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/4 c. butter, softened 2 tbsp. lemon juice Line 10 x 16 pan with sides with whole graham crackers. Combine first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil in heavy saucepan. Stir; remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over layered crackers and spread evenly. Cover with another layer of crackers, pressing firmly. Frost with Lemon Frosting. Let set overnight in refrigerator, then cut into bars. Keep tightly covered and refrigerate. |
